Currently, we provide  only domestic shipping (within India) to our online store customers. However, if you do need one of our products and are located in another country, contact us through either email or WhatsApp and we will revert with options.

After you have placed your order you will be sent an email with the courier tracking number. You can track your package on our delivery partner's tracking tool on their website using this number and get the tracking info.

Currently, we only provide standard domestic shipping, which will take approx 8-10 days, depending on your location.

If you have been delivered a broken or damaged item, you may contact our support number or email within 24 hours of delivery and we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Replacements or Refunds are accepted only in case of damage in transit. It should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the item with a clear image of the damaged item. Any request later than this timeline will not be accepted.

Replacements or refund is not accepted if item is delivered in good condition.
